A little bit about me…

 I’m a Western Australia-based bride who wanted our wedding day to feel timeless, elegant and effortlessly relaxed. We were married in beautiful Byron Bay at Figtree Restaurant, surrounded by our closest family and friends, with a strong focus on creating a warm and intimate atmosphere that still felt elevated and editorial.

We wanted every detail to feel refined yet personal. Our focus was less about following trends and more about creating a timeless experience that reflected us as a couple — elegant styling, meaningful moments, beautiful food and a relaxed Byron Bay feel.  

When I look back now, I feel… 

So grateful. It truly felt timeless, romantic and full of love — exactly what we had hoped for. Every detail came together so naturally and the memories feel even more special now looking back through the photos.

My advice to new brides… 

Don’t get caught up trying to make everything perfect. Focus on how you want the day to feel rather than trying to please everyone else. The most memorable weddings are the ones that feel authentic to the couple.

My Homebodii moment was special because…

It was part of those quiet, intimate hours before the ceremony with my bridesmaids — drinking champagne, getting ready and taking everything in before the day officially began. I wore the beautiful Sian Lace Robe paired with the Sian Lace Slip, while my bridesmaids wore the Grace Lounge Pyjama Set in White with Blush Piping. The pieces felt timeless, feminine and elegant, and perfectly suited the relaxed luxury feel of our wedding morning.
