A little bit about me…

I’m Mary Kate, and I recently got married in beautiful Ravello, Italy. Our wedding week was a dream come true — filled with sunshine, Aperol spritzes, and all of our favorite people from Chicago celebrating on the Amalfi Coast. The most unexpected part of the day was…

Watching all of our friends tear up during the surprise letters we wrote for each guest. It was so special seeing their reactions as they read them — the amount of love, emotion, and heartfelt feedback we received afterward is something we’ll never forget. It reminded us how meaningful it was to celebrate with the people who have been part of our story from the start.

When I look back now, I feel…

Overwhelmed with gratitude. Everything came together even better than we imagined — the people, the place, the joy. It truly was the best day of our lives, and I’d relive it a thousand times over if I could.

My advice to new brides…

Focus on how you want to feel on your wedding day rather than trying to make everything perfect. The little imperfections will fade, but the love and laughter will stay with you forever. Also — wear something that makes you feel beautiful and comfortable while getting ready. It sets the tone for the whole day!
