Please note that this excludes gift cards, e-gift cards, special offers, final sale items, and personalised items. Hampers, bodysuits, lingerie including bras and knickers are also exempt from return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Hampers - Please note Homebodii does not accept refunds on hampers. For clothing items, Homebodii can offer store credit or exchange should the item not fit, as long as it hasn't been personalised. Personalised goods are not available for exchange or refund In-store purchases - Homebodii stores do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Our in store returns policy is 7 days, whereby we will exchange or issue a store credit upon presentation of a receipt. Garments must be unworn, not personalised and in their original condition, with tags attached. Slippers must be unworn and in their original packaging. We will not accept slippers with sole markings or scratches. Store credits - Valid for 12 months from date of issue. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale merchandise unless deemed faulty by our team or required by law. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. All purchases on lingerie and jewellery are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns for jewellery unless deemed faulty by our team.​
